Cartoni E-Jibo + Fluid Head Setup

1. Assembly

Install the E-Jibo.

Position the Fluid Head on the front section of the E-Jibo.

Hand-tighten the knob on the mounting plate.

Check the bubble level on the mounting plate.

Check the bubble level on the Fluid Head.

Install the camera. Align the head vertically.

Align the arm vertically.

Align the mounting plate / camera with the E-Jibo arm.

Success

2. Axis measurement

The measurements will be entered into RigFX.

Measure the tripod height (A).

Measure the arm length (B).

Measure the head offset front (C).

Measure the head offset height (D).

3. RigFX cabling

  • Plug the Pan and Tilt encoder cable into the E-Jibo port.

  • Plug the Pan and Tilt encoder cable from the E-Jibo into LEMO ports 1 and 2.

  • Plug the Pan and Tilt encoder cable into the Fluid Head port.

  • Plug the Pan and Tilt encoder cable from the Fluid Head into LEMO ports 3 and 4.
